Peter Hoekman, director of Insus Insulation, emphasizes the importance of this certification: “This FM Approval mark proves that our products meet the toughest fire safety requirements. For our customers, this means that Insus insulation is not only sustainable but also extremely reliable.”

Insus had a wide range of insulation boards tested, from 30 to 160 mm in thickness. The entire range is approved and is therefore available with the FM Approval certificate.

Additionally, Insus now has slope plates with FM Approval, a unique achievement in the market. At Insus, sustainability is made measurable. With the lowest MKI score in the market, they prove that their products have a minimal impact on the environment. This score, based on the Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), shows that Insus scores 63% (!) lower than the market standard.
