Our recycling process takes place in an energy-efficient facility where we operate as much as possible electrically and separate all material streams. No harmful gases are released. Pentane is reused and CFCs are captured and neutralised.
FROM WASTE TO RAW MATERIAL
Are PIR or PUR (sandwich) panels released during your demolition or renovation project? You are often dealing with large volumes of insulation material. A waste to landfill or incinerate, as these materials contain valuable raw materials. Insus makes it possible to recycle these streams on a project basis. This gives old panels and insulation materials a second life as raw material for new insulation products.
PROJECT-BASED SOLUTIONS
Whether it concerns a small project or large-scale demolition: we make it easy.
Sustainable without the hassle
#1 IT DOESN’T GET MORE SUSTAINABLE THAN THIS
#2 FULLY COMPLIANT
From national environmental legislation to the European F-gas Regulation: we comply with all strict laws and regulations related to the transport, storage and recycling of PIR and PUR waste streams. This ensures your waste is handled and processed responsibly.
#3 FULL TRACEABILITY
We record in detail what we collect and recycle. Need a report for an internal audit or sustainability report? No problem. We help you monitor your environmental performance and demonstrate compliance.
#4 SCALABLE CAPACITY
No matter how much you collect, we can handle it. Our facility in Duiven has a recycling capacity of up to 20,000 tonnes per year. This allows us to close not only our own material loop, but yours as well.
TOGETHER, LESS WASTE ON SITE
By recycling insulation materials from demolition projects, we ensure that valuable raw materials are preserved. More and more demolition companies are choosing an approach where materials are reused instead of discarded.
