What are the shipping costs for an order?

The shipping costs for orders are €75, including VAT. For orders over €1,000, we do not charge shipping costs.

We deliver the order standard with a truck with a tail lift.

Would you like the order to be delivered at a specific time? You can arrange this in advance with our customer service team, and an additional fee will apply.

Will I be called by the driver before delivery?

Our driver will call approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the delivery address you have chosen

What is the delivery time of my order?

If you order stock products in the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands) before 14:00 and make payment, you will receive your order the next business day. Would you prefer the order to be delivered on another business day? You can choose the desired delivery date yourself.

Can I have my order delivered to another floor or to the roof?

InSuS is happy to take your logistical concerns off your hands.

Therefore, it is possible for an additional fee to have your order delivered to another floor or even to the roof of your building. Please contact our customer service for further coordination and an offer.

What if I can’t be present during delivery?

It is advisable, but not necessary, to be present during delivery. However, we strongly request that you remain reachable by phone for the driver to coordinate the delivery.

Insus is not liable for any damage resulting from weather conditions, theft, or similar circumstances.

Is it possible to deliver orders to the Dutch Wadden Islands?

Yes, it is possible; however, an additional charge applies. We ask that you contact our customer service in advance for this.

I entered the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

You can change the address until 23:59 on the day before delivery by contacting our customer service.

Where will my order be placed?

For regular deliveries, we work as much as possible with our own transport. These drivers will deliver your order to a location that you specify, as long as it is an easily accessible and safe place, and they will have a truck with a tail lift at their disposal.

You can ask the driver to place it in the designated area, but please note that the driver is not required to assist.
