Therefore, it is possible for an additional fee to have your order delivered to another floor or even to the roof of your building. Please contact our customer service for further coordination and an offer.

It is advisable, but not necessary, to be present during delivery. However, we strongly request that you remain reachable by phone for the driver to coordinate the delivery.

Insus is not liable for any damage resulting from weather conditions, theft, or similar circumstances.

You can change the address until 23:59 on the day before delivery by contacting our customer service.

For regular deliveries, we work as much as possible with our own transport. These drivers will deliver your order to a location that you specify, as long as it is an easily accessible and safe place, and they will have a truck with a tail lift at their disposal.

You can ask the driver to place it in the designated area, but please note that the driver is not required to assist.

Yes, through the ISDE scheme you can apply for a subsidy for all our insulation solutions, provided that the insulation has an Rd value of at least 3.5 and the work is carried out by a certified company.

Insus specializes in processing waste from PUR/PIR sandwich panels and Insus insulation boards. We do not perform installation or de-installation. However, we can connect you with parties that specialize in the installation and de-installation of sandwich panels and insulation boards.

We have established installation instructions, which you can find on the product page under the “Installation Instructions” tab.

The minimum order quantity varies per product. When an item is in stock, the minimum order is one package. A package consists of a specific number of square meters of insulation, depending on the product.

Insus aims to make sustainability affordable for everyone. Despite the relatively high recycling costs, the production costs of Insus PIR insulation are higher than those of standard PIR insulation. However, Insus offers high-quality products at a market-conforming price, giving you more sustainability for the same investment.

For every Insus project, a take-back guarantee can be requested in the form of an end-of-life certificate. This means that Insus PIR insulation boards will be taken back by Insus at the end of their life cycle and reprocessed into a new product.

Thanks to the unique recycling process at Insus, both PIR foam, pentane (blowing agent), and the casing are fully separated and sorted. The PIR foam and pentane are processed and reused in Insus’ own factory. The casing goes to third parties, where it is processed into raw materials for new products.

Insus produces high-quality PIR insulation boards with recycled raw materials, which come with either aluminum or paper facings or glass fleece facings, depending on the processing application.

Yes, due to Insus’ high-quality recycling method, the properties are identical to standard PIR insulation boards. For example, the lambda value of our high-quality PIR insulation is 0.022 W/m.K. So, you don’t need to make any compromises. Click here for more information on the technical specifications.

We strive to provide the best service possible. However, despite our best efforts, sometimes orders may not be fully delivered or products may be damaged. In that case, we would appreciate it if you let us know!

Here’s how you can best proceed:

1. If you’re not satisfied with the order, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the order.
2. To handle your complaint in the best possible way and to assess the possible damage, we kindly ask you to describe your complaint as clearly as possible and provide photos. You can submit your complaint via the contact form.

We will do our utmost to respond within 14 days and work together with you to find a solution.

In general, if your complaint is justified, we will take back the product and replace it with a new one, and you won’t have to pay for the return or the new product.

If you notice during delivery that the number of packs or pallets does not match the order papers, ask the driver to note this on the delivery documents. Then contact our customer service immediately.

Payment is made by invoice in accordance with our sales terms and conditions. The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.

Insus specializes in processing waste from PUR/PIR sandwich panels and Insus insulation boards. We do not handle installation or de-installation. However, we can connect you with parties who specialize in the de-installation of sandwich panels and insulation boards.

You need to ensure that there is 12 meters of free space at the front of the container for placement and removal. This is necessary for the truck that needs to park and collect the container. The container itself will be placed directly on the ground, and the truck needs space behind the container to lift and lower it.

An Insus container must be loaded up to the edge to ensure that the cargo is secured properly and safely during transport. We place high importance on traffic safety, and if the driver observes that the container is overfilled, we will need to unload it and bring it to an appropriate weight.

Step 3: The container is full.
Call: 0316-760900 or email: recycling@insus.nl to notify us. Indicate whether you only need the container picked up or exchanged. Insus ensures that the container will be picked up or exchanged within two business days.

Step 4: The container returns to Insus.
The container is returned to Insus in Duiven, where it is weighed and the waste is processed. You will receive an email with the weighbridge ticket and an invoice for the delivered waste and transport.

Step 5: You can pay.
The final step is to pay the invoice. Insus has a payment term of 14 days from the receipt of the waste.

The rental period is unlimited. The first two weeks are free, after which you pay €25 per week for the rental.

Have your waste reference number ready and come to Roelofshoeveweg 28 in Duiven. Upon arrival at the gate with the reference number, you will be directed to the appropriate unloading area. The waste will be weighed and registered, and you will be directed to the correct disposal point. Immediately after, you will receive the invoice in your inbox.

Step 4: You can pay.
The final step is paying the invoice. Insus has a payment term of 14 days from the receipt of the waste.

Private
Private individuals cannot deliver waste to Insus in Duiven. Insus is set up to handle large quantities of waste for collection and processing.

Through an ingenious process, all material fractions are separated. Steel and aluminum scraps are collected and prepared for reuse. The released blowing agents are 100% captured, (H)CFCs are stored, and safely processed by third parties. Pentane is returned to the production process. Even PIR and PUR waste, depending on purity and contamination levels, is returned to the raw material for production of new PIR insulation boards.

Allowed products are:

• PUR/PIR sandwich panels from production waste, installation waste, and demolition waste.
• PUR/PIR sandwich door panels from production waste, installation waste, and demolition waste.
• Insus insulation boards from installation waste and demolition waste.

Less than 1% contamination is accepted. Contaminations with hazardous substances and/or bitumen are not accepted.

Not allowed products are:

• PUR/PIR boards without facings.
• PUR/PIR boards from a brand other than Insus.
• PUR/PIR sandwich panels without a steel or aluminum layer.
• Products made from a different composition than PUR/PIR (e.g., EPS/XPS, glass wool, rock wool, and Resol insulation).

That depends on your type of floor. For wooden floors, a crawl space is practical, but for concrete floors, insulation can also be installed directly underneath or on top of the floor.

Yes, PIR boards are lightweight and easy to work with. Depending on the substrate and the application, they can be mechanically fixed or glued.

PIR offers a higher insulation value at the same thickness, is more fire-resistant, and has better pressure resistance than PUR.

As of January 1, 2021: if the renovation or remodeling includes less than 25% of the total surface area of the external separating structures (floors, facades, and roofs), an Rc-value based on the legally obtained level is sufficient. This means that the Rc-values cannot be lower than the applicable values for the building part at the time of construction.

As of January 1, 2021, Rc-values were adjusted in the building code. Based on the BENG calculation (NTA 8800), higher Rc-values may be required for a new construction project. The minimum Rc-values for new construction are:

• Floor: Rc = 3.7 m²K/W
• Facade: Rc = 4.7 m²K/W
• Roof: Rc = 6.3 m²K/W

The R stands for resistance (thermal resistance) and the C for construction. This value indicates how well the construction material (e.g., wall, roof, or floor) insulates, including the insulation material. The Rc-value is calculated by adding up all the Rd-values of the respective construction. The higher the Rc-value, the better the overall insulation.

An R-value typically refers to the thermal resistance value of an insulation product, often represented as Rd (see: What is an Rd-value?).

The Lambda value indicates how well a material conducts heat. A higher value means the material conducts heat better, while a lower value means it insulates better.

The “R” stands for resistance, or thermal resistance, and the “d” stands for declared. This value indicates how well the material insulates. The Rd-value is the thermal resistance of the insulation material calculated by the manufacturer. The Rd-value is calculated by dividing the thickness (in meters) of the material by the lambda value of the corresponding product. The higher the Rd-value, the better the material insulates. An Rd-value is expressed in m²K/W.

Yes, homeowners’ associations are also eligible for the ISDE subsidy.

Yes, you receive additional subsidy when you have at least two insulation measures carried out, for example floor insulation and roof insulation.
