Step 2: Provide an order for delivery and the desired delivery date.
After receiving written confirmation, or on the agreed date, the container will be delivered to the desired address.
Step 3: The container is full.
Call: 0316-760900 or email: recycling@insus.nl to notify us. Indicate whether you only need the container picked up or exchanged. Insus ensures that the container will be picked up or exchanged within two business days.
Step 4: The container returns to Insus.
The container is returned to Insus in Duiven, where it is weighed and the waste is processed. You will receive an email with the weighbridge ticket and an invoice for the delivered waste and transport.
Step 5: You can pay.
The final step is to pay the invoice. Insus has a payment term of 14 days from the receipt of the waste.
